If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment time you will need to reach out to me via my Instagram, Facebook, or phone number if that has been provided to you. If you will be under 15 minutes late to your appointment, please reach out to me to let me know. If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled unless I am contacted and have stated otherwise. No shows will be asked to pay a deposit of the full service price of future appointments. Repeat no shows and same day cancellations will be banned from booking future appointments.
